My band broke on my Fitbit and get another one I need to know what style mine is. To do that, I need to log in to my Fitbit account. I tried to reset my password with at least six different passwords about twenty times and each time it told me it needed to be more complex. I used nice characters, capital, special character, and a number. Customer support was absolutely worthless. I spent about an hour on a password change. Got cut off twice because apparently if you don't interact within time limits they discontinue the chat and make you start over. They just kept telling me to try different passwords. So now I still can't get into my account and still have a broken wristband. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I've had my Inspire HR for 8 months. It is supposed to be water proof up to 5meters. It was working just fine and one weekend decided to act up and quit all together after swimming. I don't dive deep or swim marathons... I called fit bit the next day. There was barely a wait to talk to someone and the gentleman was extremely helpful. Within a couple minutes he sent me an email and a new fitbit is on it's way! No hastle what so ever. Wish it could get here sooner than a week though, I've become overly fond of my fitbit lol.

Absolutely outstanding service from the Fitbit team!! I purchased a Fitbit versa a year ago and it stopped working the screen just went black and I couldn’t get it back on. I called the customer support number for some advise to which they guided me through buttons to press etc and when all else failed they kindly offered to replace my watch. I simply had to follow a link and it has been dispatched in the same day, I honestly can’t believe it what unreal service and politeness from the customer service team. 10/10 recommend, the watch itself tracks everything you require I never leave the house without it. Thank you so much for the help today!

Wanted a fitbit and opted for the Versa last December (2020),Wonderful, however, started getting synch issues, that after several chats and really help-full feed-back, found that the Versa and my Sony Experia were not compatible,Packed it up, got the refund as promised and really sorry it didn't work as I loved it when it worked,Decided to go with the KoreTrak! bought it! then read the reviews, sorry people, it is that bad! 2 months late, pretty much told me I was dead according to SPOC, could not even tell the time, weather and then decided it was "charged" except it wasn't, died and refused to re-charge,Went for the Fitbit charge 4, nerd/tech/realistic heaven, does what it says, works, syncs and it does the important things, your heart rate BPM and your fat rate burn,Okay the hand movement step count can be wrong, look at the graphs, linking, superb

Am suprised with all the negative reviews. I have owned fitbits since 2016 and the updates they have on their app and products and what you get for free with the already purchased product down the line is incredible. Like the addition of SP02 data and sleeping body temperature etc which was not available when I purchased the fitbit, I now get a year on.Had an issue with my Versa 2 where it started randomly vibrating at funny times of day and night. System restore didn't work so called them up and within 5 minutes had the option of a replacement or a money off voucher.I've gone for the replacement as am looking forward to upgrade when Google is more intertwined with the fitbit technology.Never had a problem with their service when I've called or messaged them and just want to say thank you for creating a great product with the support to back it up!

At first I gave a bad review coz my inspire 2 wasn't working properly but it's fixed itself and now I LOVE it!!! It deffo gives me help to keep moving ?

I experienced a 5 star support session with Fitbit. Broken watch after it fell off my wrist. The agent helped me get this resolved very quickly. Totally unexpected after reading so many poor reviews. Well done. Looks like you have listened to a few people on here.

I really like the brand and customer service Star down as I had a Alta metal band that is over £100 that broke easily and they don’t have replacement parts for it which is a shame

I’ve brought a Fitbit verse 2 after looking at buying a fitness watch for a while ... and I think it’s brilliant for pushing to to get of ya backside and get active as you try and hit all the goals that’s set .. ie 10000 steps ect .. best thing I’ve brought in a long time I love it !!

Ordered a fitbit for my sister and my mum for Xmas :) they are both very happy, although my sister was disappointed that hers does not measure her heart rate (even though it cost more than the one I got my mum). I'm not sure why it was more expensive, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Great device! such a small product changed my life to better one with ease and fun ;)

Had several faults with products however after sales are always happy to help and got issues resolved in a very easy quick and timely manner :) Thumbs up from me.

I had a problem with my tracker , Fitbit issued a replacement immediately. Best customer service I’ve ever received from a company.

Brilliant piece of kit, one of the best purchases. Along with the scales, I would recommend this to anyone. Great features. Thank you
